3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You may use our services as a registered user or as a guest. For registered accounts, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Guest Checkout

When using guest checkout:

• An account will be automatically created with the email you provide

Registered users may add funds to their account wallet for faster checkout. Wallet balances:

• Cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn as cash

For applicable services, we offer refills under the following conditions:

• Refills are available only for drops exceeding 25% of the ordered quantity
• Refill requests must be submitted within 7 days of order completion
• After 7 days, no refills will be provided
• Refills are subject to service availability and platform limitations

5.7 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for accounts or content containing:

• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Content violating platform Terms of Service
• Content promoting illegal activities or substances

6. Pricing and Payments

• Natural drops in engagement after delivery completion
• Completed orders that met the specified quantity

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for any actions platforms may take against your account
• Platform policies and algorithms may change at any time without notice
• You use our services at your own discretion and risk
• We cannot guarantee compliance with ever-changing platform policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YT Social Media Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, followers, content, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by social media platforms against your account
• Account suspensions, bans, or content removal by platforms
• Changes to platform algorithms affecting your reach or engagement
• Any third-party actions or content
• Service interruptions or failures beyond our control
• Loss of followers, subscribers, or engagement after service delivery

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the permanence of delivered engagement

• Warranties regarding effects on your account standing with platforms

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YT Social Media Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Content on your social media accounts
